Incredible pizza, very friendly helpful staff, mellow but lively atmosphere! Will be back again 🥰 the only slight niggle was £1 charge for tap water!

Opening a pizzeria in Victoria Park Village directly beside a long established competitor is a bold decision, yet it is the neighbour that may have reason for concern. This newcomer impresses on many fronts. The interior is intimate yet stylish, with a well planned table layout, an inviting open bar, and a team whose approach is warm, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. The space has such charm that it could easily be imagined as a film set during closed hours. The cocktail list is thoughtfully assembled, with creative twists on classics that will suit a broad range of tastes. The pizza menu is concise and well considered, though the extra £2.50 charge for a gluten free base stung a little. I also found myself wishing for a few more timeless staples as a dependable option other than Margarita and Pepperoni. Those planning to share a 20 inch pizza should note that only one is offered, and the menu gives no indication that standard pizzas can be made larger, though I did not enquire. Booking ahead is wise, and for those nearby, takeaway is also available. I will certainly return, not least to finally try the desserts.

Immaculate vibes here. We popped in about a week into their opening. It was comfortably full, with families and friends all clearly enjoying the atmosphere (and food!). We had two toddlers with us and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating or friendly, finding us a good spot for that would fit two high chairs alongside the four adults. I really enjoyed the honey pizza we had (can’t for the life of me remember the name atm 🙇🏻‍♂️, but if you see it get it) and the ice cream was a great finale. One thing that would help the family vibes would be a kids menu, but I think potentially that’s on the way! Def give it a shot.
