There were many problems, it was horrible. First, when we went to leave our bags, we needed to go to the bathroom and the lady told us it was only for guests, but we were guests of the hostel and to keep us from going, she lied and said it was broken. At check-in, they wanted to make us pay twice. When we got the keys, there was no light and the room was dirty and full of other guests' personal things. We discovered they had done double check-in. One of the employees took the other person's things and took them without saying anything to the other guest, not to mention the service and behavior of the employees...
