Lovely lunch at The Prince Arthur today. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Both the veggie and meat Sunday roasts were satisfyingly well prepared and the freshly made Madeleines with apricot jam crowned the meal. Great experience.

We had a fantastic Sunday roast which was delicious. Unfortunately there was just one aspect of the meal that let it down. What I thought was water on my plate from the cabbage was in fact the gravy, I only realised this after ordering gravy ( as I thought I did not have any) and it was the same consistency as water. Also an extra £1.50 for maybe 2cm of alleged gravy. A shame
