Absolutely fantastic stop in Bermondsey. The beer, as Kernel, expectedly great. My favourite: Sour Cherry, Saison. The food though, what a fantastic treat. Japanese small plates. The Karaage Chicken and Miso cooked potatoes were just insanely tasty. Ended up double ordering.

The two IPAs we got really hit the spot. Bitter, refreshing, and icy cold. The A.C.E.S was more balanced, and had a mix of crisp bitterness and fruity haziness. The Galaxy was bitter train on full speed. The vibes were squarely middle class — think cyclists, accountants, consultants and the like.
