About

The Cuckfield in London effortlessly combines a rich historical vibe with a vibrant nightlife experience. Housed in a former 19th-century coaching inn, the bare-brick dining room and conservatory create a fashionably cozy setting perfect for casual meet-ups or solo dining adventures. Offering a wide range of affordable options, guests can enjoy a fantastic selection of drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine, alongside freshly prepared food that won't break the bank.

The beer garden is a standout feature, particularly popular on sunny days for its inviting atmosphere. Inside, the live performances and sports screenings add an extra dimension to your visit, whether you're stopping by for a casual drink or a delicious Sunday roast. Service is consistently praised as amazing, with attentive staff ensuring that families are well-catered for, right down to providing coloring pencils for young diners.

Though most experiences are positive, a few find the food pricey for the quality, signaling a room for improvement. Regardless, The Cuckfield remains an excellent choice for those seeking a lively yet cozy setting without the hefty price tag, with the added convenience of delivery and takeaway options.

Great service and lovely Sunday Roasts. We sat in the dining room, they brought the kids food out quickly and had colouring pencils for them. The food was delicious and the wine was good. I've been before in the garden on a sunny afternoon which is also lovely.
