After travelling from the US I was looking for a great pub to have a drink and a small lunch. Tucked away off the busy Fleet Street the Crown and Sugarloaf hit the spot. This is the kind of pub that makes you feel instantly at home and begs you to stay for as long as you can. Ceri was an excellent host and super friendly. My friend and I had the fabulous cheese toastie and pint for £10.95 which in this day and age is an absolute bargain. I can not recommend this pub enough. Next time I am visiting I will definitely make this my go to pub.

Off the main street and a hidden gem. Kerry the landlady turned the quickening into several hours supping. A proper pub.
