This is a Samuel Smith pub. Great staff but very little atmosphere. Food was ok but basic. Looks like something from the 1970s but with anything that made pubs fun. No music, no darts, no conversation. Why is it so dimly lit? Maybe a reminder of the power cuts and the 3 day week

If you are in the area you must visit this pub. The beer selection is unique and completely different from other pubs. Atmosphere great and staff very friendly. Reasonably priced. Outside seating available.
