If you are after the traditional English pub that was built a long time ago this is the place to come. We travelled all the way from Australia and after a massive day visiting sites we came across "the Carpenters Arms", the food, beers and atmosphere is something we wanted being this close to Marble Arch. The English pies are just perfect, the young guy behind the bar new everything about the type of beer I was after. Could not rate this pub any higher. What a fantastic evening.

Fun little pub, had a couple of pints Guinness, homemade sausage roll and watched some test cricket. Great vibes, would easily stop here again for a pint.
