I’m deeply disappointed by how I was treated at this venue. As a loyal customer for years, I was recently refused entry because of my outfit—a fully covered pink lace onesie—which was deemed “too much.” This reasoning felt unfair, discriminatory, and even misogynistic, as it targeted me solely for how I was dressed. Considering the venue’s level and pricing, such a judgment was unreasonable. I’ve always supported this place, even tipping toilet staff regularly, yet was shown no respect in return. This treatment was insulting and unacceptable, and I hope management reviews how their policies are applied.
