I am quite a regular here and the service and quality are always good - Vitor is especially friendly and professional and always know what we will order which makes us feel very welcomed

I was the only customer for a lunchtime snack over the 1hr I was there. Even so, the server managed to get my order wrong so it had to go back: 30’ for a sandwich, by which time my pint was lukewarm and no offer of anything to compensate. He, moreover, had the nerve to automatically add 10% to the bill as a service charge despite doing the little he had to do rather badly. Avoid.
