We came for a casual drink and decided to order some cheesy chips while here, the order somehow didn’t make it through and Ian at the bar was absolutely amazing at sorting it out for us. Fantastic customer service, turned a negative into such a positive experience and the chips were unreal! Ian is a great asset to the team.
