The bartender demonstrated finesse and exactitude in crafting my cocktail. Recommend you stop in for a drink. UPDATE: The bartender kindly offered us a complimentary cocktail—he mentioned he was practicing and needed a photo, but couldn’t drink it himself. It was a sour, not something I’d typically choose, but wow—it was incredibly well-balanced and I was genuinely impressive. He clearly has a real talent for crafting great cocktails!
