This will be a bit of a mixed review from me. Let me 1st of all say that the staff and Cyotoe's were amazing all night. Fantastic atmosphere all round. Now for the negative. I went to celebrate my 50th birthday with 15 friends, the person who booked it didn't receive her email to pre-order the food for the package we got. In this case they should have called her to confirm she still wanted food. The food did not arrive until an hr and a half into the partying (although when it DID arrive, it was lovely). The drinks - also on the same package- were slow to come out to the point where we did't get all of the cocktails we had paid for. I think putting jugs of all the cocktails on the tables and letting us choose would have been a much better idea moving forward. However, I did not let this spoil my night. I just felt very sad for my friend who was so busy trying to ensure it all got sorted that she did not relax much
