Excellent customer service by head waiter Zhivko. We specifically booked this restaurant because there was a special offer online. However when we arrived, there was a very limited menu of small plates with no fish dishes as we are non meat eaters but eat fish. We told the server who then in turn called the head waiter. He was not aware of the offer which we showed. He was so accommodating. He went the extra. He told us not worry he’ll make it work. And he did. He was very attentive, the service was beyond expectation. A great example of good customer service. Thank you very much.

Back late evening and wanted a coffee and was both excellently served and entertained by Zhivco! Could easily have said no, but chose customer service over convenience 👏🏻
