Staff are very polite and give great service. Very disappointed that alcohol is not included in the games you already have to pay to play, and the fact it doesn't clearly state this when you book it. Interior is a bit too American-sports-bar-like for me. It also seemed like the staff hadn't been trained on procedures for the games.
