it's an absolute bargain of a spa! me and a few friends ensure we have a few spa days here a year (sat is men's day) it's a lovely art deco space, definitely not modern if that's what you after. you can stay for as long as you want once you are in which is nice. have a nap if you so desire. I can't say much more as what happens in spa club stays in spa club. but let's just say even our group rarely dare venture to the back of the basement... I call it the "foam zone" and I imagine what happens there also stays there
