Came down to view the sauna and cold plunge for the first time. A polite lady named Mya was very attentive, professional and respectful, going above and beyond to help me. Would defo recommend.

Went on a Saturday afternoon and really enjoyed it! There were several small saunas and one large sauna available. Another large sauna had been booked for a private event so we couldn’t use it. There was free water, tea and some fruit (sliced oranges) which was a lovely touch. The plunge pools that you climb down the ladder into were soooo cold I could only stay in for about 5 seconds. A lady spent too long in there and fainted when she got out so do be careful, especially if you’re a newbie to saunas/ice baths. Could be improved by having hot showers and having a clock! We had no idea what time it was and how long we had left. Overall, great experience and would come back!
