Visited to see the Leigh Bowery exhibition. Loved the building and exhibition. Visited the cafe on the 10th floor and some of the other floors. Great views from the top floors and a fantastic industrial space.

Tate Britain offers a calm, reflective setting to explore British art, from Tudor portraits to the vast Turner collection. Recent exhibitions, like the pairing of Ithell Colquhoun and Edward Burra, add fresh perspective. Facilities are well thought out, with good seating, free cloakrooms, and excellent accessibility, though the café can feel pricey. Overall, it’s a quieter, more contemplative alternative to Tate Modern, ideal for taking time with the art.

Wspaniała kolekcja malarstwa brytyjskiego(Turner, Millais,) plus trochę sztuki współczesnej(choć jak dla mnie, lepiej żeby jej nie było, w większości kiepskie prace). Piękny budynek.
