È anche il santuario diocesano di Oscar Romero e qui ci sono alcune sue reliquie. Ci sono le reliquie anche di Madre Cabrini e la tomba del vescovo Amigo che ha riaperto la causa per la canonizzazione di John Fisher e Tomas Moore, uccisi da Re Enrico VIII
