With two day’s notice We pre ordered the suckling pig. This dish didn’t disappoint I am a retired chef and the meat just fell off the bone. Crispy skin and the juices of the cooked meat for a pouring sauce bread bowl and salad included. Would easily feed a party 4 to 6 people. Have a splurge on your holidays and just try it amazing. This newly wed couple owners, deserve the acclaim of this dish if you love pork this is on another level.
