About

Frontón Adarraga is a lively hub for sports and entertainment located beside the iconic iron bridge crossing the Ebro, in the historic district of Logroño, La Rioja. Since its opening in 1964 during the San Mateo celebrations to honor the legendary pelota player Javier Adarraga Gorrochategui, it continues to be a vibrant venue for enthusiasts of pelota a mano. This wheelchair-friendly facility not only boasts accessible entrances and parking but also offers a charming experience with a bar at the lower tier entrance to enjoy refreshments before the matches. Known for hosting major events such as the Campeonato de España de mano parejas in 1999 and the Manomanista Championship of Second Category in 1969 and 2011, it provides a spirited atmosphere that captures the essence of traditional Basque sports while drawing visitors into the rich cultural fabric of the area.

Gente llena de buenas intenciones. Los pocos jueces que hay se esfuerzan, pero no llegan. Las instalaciones están muy bien. Lástima que no tengan recursos humanos.
