Very disappointing experience at Subway on Prescot Cables Road. I ordered a meal that included a hot drink and crisps, which was fine. After finishing my meal, I ordered the exact same meal again, but this time both staff members rudely told me their coffee machine was off and that I would have to pay extra for a drink. Instead of offering an alternative, they simply gave me just a sandwich. Their attitude was extremely rude, unprofessional, and blatantly racist. To make matters worse, while we were still eating around 7:40 PM, they started telling us they needed to shut the store—despite the closing time being 8 PM! When I asked for the manager, they claimed they didn’t even have one. It’s also apparent that while they treat other customers politely, their behavior towards us is completely unacceptable. Is this what they call customer service? Absolutely terrible experience—never coming back!”**
