Reservation made for 7 people only to be offered a table for 6 people. Asked if chair could be placed at end of table, only to be refused by manager due to H&S issues. Was offered two tables 4 on 1 and 3 on the other. Asked if tables be joined again refused by managers, tables could have easily been joined together. Subsequently our evening was stiffled by the behest of the manager. This led to a mixup in the order resulting in a table being served all starters and others missing out on the 2nd table, causing delays and frustrations in recieving food. Food was good and tasty but not being able to sit as a group ruined a nice evening. A service charge was added to our bill of 12% was added, however it was felt that this wasn't warranted and thus declined. Primarily due to management inflexibility of accomodating 7 people. and subsequently staff being penalised. Management needs to wake up and cater for customers wishes instead of being inflexible and unreasonable. The overall experience was disappointing.

Went for lunch with friends on Wednesday. Their Pho bowls are 10/10. We all had a mix of the classic chicken pho and the spicy beef brisket pho. Highly recommend trying these. Also ordered their pork spring rolls and crispy squid to share, it’s soo delicious. One of my friends ordered the vegan ‘this isn’t chicken’ pho and she loved her option. Additionally we had some prawn crackers as well. Can’t go wrong with prawn crackers and the Vietnamese Beer they serve. Will be going there again today to try some of their other pho with family and will share pictures this time x Special thanks to Donna.
