Ordered for collection last night, which was in the oven (according to tracker) within half an hour of ordering. Glanced at the pizza box labels to check they were correct before leaving, but rookie error, didn't check the actual pizzas themselves before we drove off. Imagine the disappointment when instead of the half sausage/pepperoni - half BBQ chicken I'd ordered, I was faced with a pizza covered in jalapenos, red chillies, green peppers and pepperoni (generously topped if you're into heat tho!). I called up the store themselves, who answered very quickly tbh, and explained the situation. The guy I spoke to was very apologetic and immediately offered to make a new one and get it delivered to me. I double checked as we're slightly outside of their delivery zone (~15min drive) which is why we collected in the first place, and he assured me it was fine. Lo and behold, within half an hour, my replacement (and correct!) pizza was delivered via Uber. I agree with the low rating on Google due to the mistake, but given 4* as couldn't fault the customer service afterwards, and the pizzas were great!
