Called in on Monday mid morning on way home from hospital appointment. Cafe looked untidy. Kids running a mock moving furniture around. Decor looking tired and dirty in some areas. Food awful. I ordered eggs benedict. Couldn't tell if muffin was toasted or not as it was soft and cold. Full english not great either.Then had to wait for cutlery. Not offered any condiments or sugar had to go find them for myself. Waited 25mins for food.
