Two female staff to busy chatting about an Everton gift bought whilst a disabled lady had to wait for the oven to warm up. She bought a toastie in a bag and was told by the Woman serving that someone forgot to put the oven on. The lady waited 20 minutes then went back to her chat with no apology...disgusting !!!

Quality is good and quiet . Exceptionally good service by staff. Everything made fresh even though they were closing. Highly recommended. Well packaged also.
