Ok, I went here today. The staff were brilliant, friendly, helpful staff. People complaining about the toilets. The toilets are the only toilets on the retail park and are used by everyone that comes to the retail park. They are on the site's of Next clothing store and Costa coffee. They are actually by the furniture department of the Next store. Maybe people should complain to the retail park. They had toilets on the retail park but decided to close them at covid time and not reopened them. The toilets were clean when I went in. You have to remember there are only two toilets in the retail park. Of course, there are going to be people waiting for the toilets because there are multiple businesses here and only two toilets etc. The staff have always been helpful and nice to me.

Toilets a joke Refused access a small child and disabled person as no receipt, but willing to show receipt on phone Young boy who worked at costa actually followed the child into the toilet after providing code Waited outside toilet to challenge child Beware , serious issues with staffing and process here

Bad experience yesterday . Only one toilet working which had no toilet roll and no soap . Staff member uninterested when told. Tables not cleared quickly enough. Seats covers look dirty and worn. Overall not a nice experience....needs sorting out!!!
