Lovely staff member with shoulder length hair - great conversation whilst waiting for my coffee. Also the jam based croissant was lovely and also ordered food to go.

Best cafe nero I've been to by far! I usually go coffee shops to study and this place is by far my fave, in town but a bit to the side so it's not packed - found a comfy couch straight away! Not to mention the service is amazing, the lady who took my order (not sure of her name but she's blonde and so sweet) helped me with my app issue and was so patient, genuinely such amazing customer service so friendly! :) The WiFi works great, lighting is great not too bright and the coffee and food is yummy. I definitely recommend the vanilla iced latte and the toasties - also students get a discount!
