I went to the Babylon store today the 7th of June 2025 at 8pm and a guy started to shout at children and swear at them for being scared of his dog which happened inside the Babylon store, the cashier began to laugh ( the cashier with brownish hair and tattoos ) and did not handle the situation professionally but rather told us to shut up and questioned us why we were in the store when we were planning on just buying drinks and having a good day which is now ruined due to the disrespect we faced due to his actions and responses. I would now never enter the store due to the service and the dog being inside of the store despite it being a halal store. Knowing that the children had a fear of the dog but the cashier siding with the man after him stereotyping black children was unacceptable. We did not end up buying anything due to the service. They also have expired food.
