MITO is an excellent addition to Castle Street’s burgeoning hit and miss offering. It stands out for being a simple concept delivered with elegance and taste. To read its sophisticated, concise cocktail list and enjoy the friendly, relaxed but on-point service you could easily be in Soho rather than Liverpool. Like nearby Hummingbird it places the emphasis on great drinks and happens to be a very stylish venue too (although hard work has clearly gone into that). You can have substance and style in our city! Best martinis around.
