Ignore the crime rate and any bad information you may find online - the people here and in the area I'm general are lovely and welcoming. The pubs a delight, the locals a pleasure to be around. Came down on training from Sunderland and couldn't have been more warmly welcomed - thank you, it was a pleasure to visit.

Lovely pub, staff, were so friendly and nice, they, couldn’t do enough for you. The place is immaculate and the food they done was lovely, the lager is spot on, and the atmosphere and the regulars are always friendly and welcoming, you wouldn’t find a better place to drink, 10/10👍
