I've been coming here for many years and its interior has altered numerous times over the last fifty years, normally for the better as tastes do change over time. In its latest reiteration it's changed to an Irish Bar, one of many in Slater St. They have done a good job on the interior, all the walls are now covered in photos of famous Irish people. We spent some time looking at them and guessing who they were. The bar looks fairly new with bottles arranged up the mirrored wall, it looks the part. Service was good and they have a reasonable range of beers and shorts. Well worth a visit.
