La Padaria Soares est une vraie pépite pour les amoureux du bon pain Dès qu’on pousse la porte, l’odeur du levain et du pain chaud vous enveloppe — un vrai bonheur ! C’est une petite boulangerie, avec peu de produits, mais tout est d’une qualité exceptionnelle : du pain croustillant, des viennoiseries fondantes, du goût, du vrai ! Mention spéciale pour la focaccia splendide, le pain aux olives savoureux, la brioche fondante et le pain au levain, tout simplement délicieux. Et surtout : le personnel est adorable, accueillant et passionné. On sent l’amour du métier dans chaque détail. Dommage que les prix ne sont pas affichés 😞 Un endroit simple mais authentique et rare, à ne surtout pas manquer si vous êtes à Lisbonne. 💛 Un coup de cœur absolu ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

One of our favourite finds in Lisbon! Everything we tried was delicate and delicious. Ricardo is a master at balancing flavour, nothing was overly sweet or heavy. The cinnamon bun was pillowy soft with complex flavour. The caramel brioche was filled to the brim with cream and the salted caramel flavour was a great blend of sweet and salty. Even his Turkey sandwich was special! With salad dressed with sumac and yoghurt.. But more than the great food, is an owner who is passionate, welcoming, generous and kind.
