A la recherche de saveurs nouvelles? Foncez O Gambuzino! Certes, les tarifs sont au dessus des restaurants classiques, mais ne vous y trompez pas: le travail en cuisine, le choix des légumes, des fruits et des épices méritent très largement cet effort. Une explosion de saveurs et un équilibre dans les mélanges, des entrées aux desserts... Ayant commandé de très nombreux plats, nous faisions entre nous le pari de découvrir quels étaient les légumes ou les épices. Nous nous sommes trompés à chaque fois, tant le travail en cuisine était fin. Bref félicitations, un très bon moment passé chez vous!

I am a vegan chef and this place is inspiring every time. There is clearly passion and research behind every aspect, food and drinks are insanely tasty, original and beautiful. I am Speechless. This level of cuisine is priced at least triple anywhere else and it’s just brilliant that there is still somebody who makes it accessible for the regular people. Amazing.
