Lovely authentic Portuguese place! We stayed in the area for a few days and were not looking for 6 euro matcha and over priced longevity drinks and avocado toast, but rather something that suports the local communities and doesn’t cater to the growing problem of gentrification and rising costs. The owner/server is a genuine local and so are most customers. The prices were extremely fair , and yes maybe your plate isn’t super “instagrammable” but food is great and vibes are great. And she even respectfully speaks English for foreigners.

Decided to avoid the chain next door and try a local place. I made the right decision. One pastis de Nata and one long coffee later I'm a very satisfied customer. Obrigado.
