If you ever feel like falling into a sugar coma — this is the place. Birdie is a tiny café with a huge heart — and even bigger cakes. Honestly, their desserts are absolutely insane: from layer cakes to cinnamon rolls, buns, vatrushkas, and even macarons (my boyfriend swears they’re the best he’s ever had). They’re open only on weekends, and while the savory food menu is small, the dessert selection is massive. Delicious coffee and matcha, lovely vibe, and only a few tables inside, which adds to the cozy feel. The staff are the sweetest — friendly girls who speak both Russian and English. We came for breakfast and had the meat-filled crepes — super tasty and satisfying. Highly, highly recommend — just come hungry and prepare to indulge😍🍰☕
