Em 12 anos em Portugal, nunca comi um bife de vaca tão saboroso com molho como aqui. Esperava esse nível de qualidade de um restaurante, mas encontrei-o numa pastelaria. Os empregados têm dificuldade em trabalhar durante o pequeno-almoço — por exemplo, nunca chegou o ketchup que pedi. Mas nem foi necessário. O molho cremoso, com uma quantidade generosa de manteiga (algo que hoje em dia muitos poupam), estava maravilhoso. Hoje em dia os restaurantes poupam no molho, mas aqui a qualidade, o sabor e a quantidade tornaram o meu início de dia incrível. A qualidade da carne de vaca também estava excelente.
