All the team are super friendly and cool. Amazing vibe and big smiles always.The food is amazing, specially the white fish ceviche! And imperial bem gelada.. Very nice place to hangout after work..

Atendimento péssimo. Uma funcionária de quinta chamada beatriz ebert foi extremamente desnecessária e mal educada comigo e com as minhas amigas. Que trabalhinho meia boca esse seu, beatriz. Não recomendo para ninguém esse hostel, ainda MENTIRAM dizendo que não tinham livro de reclamações. Eu recomendo vocês a contratarem funcionários educados de preferência, ninguém é obrigado a passar por isso (principalmente porque eu e minhas amigas gastamos lá dentro, infelizmente) Terrible service. An awful employee named Beatriz Ebert was extremely rude and unnecessary towards me and my friends. What a lousy job you have, Beatriz. I don't recommend this hostel to anyone, and they even LIED, saying they didn't have a complaints book. I suggest you hire polite staff, preferably, as no one should have to go through this (especially since my friends and I spent money there, unfortunately)
