The level of service and quality of food here is out of this world. Mateo not only is an amazing guy to talk to but a fantastic bartender. We were only in Lisbon 3 days and ended up coming here twice for the great oysters and amazing cocktails.

Une superbe découverte à Lisbonne ! Imprensa n’est pas un bar à cocktails comme les autres. Loin des lieux « à la mode » où l’on sert des mélanges sans âme, ici chaque création est pensée, travaillée, équilibrée avec une vraie recherche gustative. Les cocktails sont inventifs, surprenants sans être prétentieux, et surtout délicieux. Il y a une vraie démarche de création artisanale, et ça se sent dans chaque détail. Ce qui m’a marqué, au-delà de la qualité des boissons, c’est la passion de l’équipe. On a eu une conversation passionnante avec la barmaid ce soir-là. Elle parlait de son métier avec une telle sincérité, un vrai amour du produit et de l’expérimentation. On sent que l’équipe n’est pas là pour exécuter une carte, mais pour raconter une histoire à travers chaque cocktail. Une approche rare. Le lieu en lui-même est élégant, chaleureux, avec une ambiance feutrée sans être guindée. Un endroit où l’on se sent bien, où l’on a envie de prendre son temps. Je recommande vivement à tous les amateurs de bons cocktails, mais aussi à ceux qui cherchent une vraie expérience humaine et gustative. Imprensa est une pépite.
