We totally recommend stopping by Corksey’s! Super well-made cocktails and a team that’s clearly passionate about what they do. We came in with high expectations and they were not just met, but exceeded. Tried the Cherry Blossom and Coffee & Coconut. The Cherry Blossom tasted like a summer dream—full of cherry flavor and really smooth and well-balanced. Coffee & Coconut was kind of a play on an espresso martini, but also something completely different. The combo of coffee and coconut was just perfect. Great choice for a pre-dinner drink or a relaxed afternoon break. As tourists, we really appreciated how the bartender took the time to chat with us and even gave some great tips on places to see in Lisbon and other bars worth checking out.
