Na passada terça-feira (8 de Abril) por volta da meia-noite decidi ir ao arena lounge com 3 colegas, e a experiência foi péssima. Fomos atendidos por uma funcionária que ao se aproximar junto de nós exclamou “São quatro!?”, como se fosse um grande frete ter de atender mais quatro clientes, depois disso juntou duas mesas e foi-se embora, sem nos dirigir qualquer palavra, e sem nos indicar se nos podíamos sentar ou se regressaria para anotar os pedidos. Pura e simplesmente desapareceu e foi atender outras mesas. Depois de 10 minutos de espera, decidimos abandonar o local sem fazer qualquer consumo.
