Update: Das Problem wurde zur Kenntnis genommen und sich sogar mit Gutschein für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigt, sowie an die zuständige Abteilung weitergeleitet dass so etwas nicht mehr vorkommt. Sehr vorbildlicher Umgang mit Kunden, Fehler können schließlich überall passieren. Da können sich andere Unternehmen ein Vorbild nehmen. Grundsätzlich gut und freundliches Personal aber die Qualität der Speisen schwankt sehr stark und teilweise erhält man Mehlspeisen die einfach nur lieblos aussehen (siehe angehängtes Bild -> mini, überreife und matschige Erdbeerstückchen und nahezu gar keine Vanillecreme).

War heute nachlittag in der Filiale mozartkreuzung ... Die 2 Damen sehr höflich,zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit das muss man wirklich sagen..wurde bedient mit einen lächeln gute Beratung von der Dame mit dem Turban. Werde es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Sowas gibt es selten .Komme auf jeden Fall wider
