Ayer me decidí a comprar una hogaza de 1/2 k y, estoy gratamente sorprendido. Y, lo digo, estando acostumbrado a comer pan, con denominación, de Palencia y Valladolid. Es muy diferente a otras. Poca corteza y con una miga muy esponjosa. Recomendable al mil %. Para comer, hasta sin nada!!!
