If only for the bread it would be enough to give it 5 stars. When we add the baking and fermentation courses to that, the highest score is more than deserved. The bread is made with care, by hand, and without shortcuts. The different varieties are each more interesting than the last. The courses are suitable for any level. They are held in a clean and pleasant environment, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended. We will repeat the bread eating (of course) and the courses.

Si sólo hiciera pan ya sería suficiente para darle 5 estrellas, si a eso le añadimos los cursos de panadería y fermentación, la puntuación máxima es más que merecida. El pan está hecho con calma, a mano y sin atajos. Las distintas variedades son a cada cual más interesante. Los cursos son aptos para cualquier nivel. Se realizan en un ambiente limpio y agradable, con una atmósfera relajada y amistosa. De lo más recomendable. Repetiremos pan (por supuesto) y cursos.

Óscar hace unos talleres muy interesantes, dinámicos, amenos y participativos. Sabe crear buen ambiente. Yo estuve muy cómoda y lo que aprendí lo aplicó frecuentemente en mi casa. Si te gusta comer sano, no lo dudes. Una experiencia muy recomendable.
