Ich bin langjähriger Gast im „Vacay“ und wurde noch nie enttäuscht. Anfangs habe ich mich mehrfach durch das Sushi-Angebot probiert und war jedes Mal begeistert. Später habe ich auch die anderen Gerichte entdeckt und war ebenso überwältigt. Besonders empfehlen kann ich „What the Duck“, das für mich immer wieder ein echtes Erlebnis ist. Auch die wechselnde Mittagskarte überzeugt – für mich darf dort ein Ebi Tempura nicht fehlen. Das Konzept, den Gästen eine kleine Auszeit zu schenken, ist absolut gelungen. Für mich gehört das „Vacay“ zu den besten Restaurants in Leipzig!
