Super leckere Pizzacreationen, vom Ambiente nicht ungemütlich in etwa wie unfertige Garage

Ich finde das Konzept super und das Team meistens sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die Vorspeisen sind super. Leider hat mich die Pizza die letzten 3 Male nicht mehr überzeugt. In meiner Erinnerung an die ersten Pekar-Besuche vor Jahren war die Pizza deutlich saftiger. Die Spinat-Zitrone habe ich geliebt. Die letzten Male musste ich viel beim Essen trinken, weil der Teig so trocken war und auch der Belag irgendwie nicht mehr so saftig wie früher. Wenn ich mir die Bilder neuerer Bewertungen anschaue, dann scheint das nicht die Norm zu sein, einige Pizzen sehen saftig aus, andere eher trocken. Wenn ich ins Restaurant gehe, möchte ich nicht enttäuscht werden und auch nicht diesen Scham-Moment haben, wo ich etwas anmeckere, das vielleicht so sein soll, das ruiniert den ganzen Besuch. Als mein Freund seine Pizza beim letzten Mal beanstandet hat, wurde er sehr patzig behandelt. Daher auch heute mein Feedback hier. Seitdem hat es uns nicht mehr ins Pekar gezogen. Vielleicht probieren wir in einem Jahr mal wieder, aber aktuell bin ich leider kein Promoter mehr. Ich nehme wahr dass ihr ein sehr herzliches engagiertes Team seid, und vielleicht hilft auch so eine Kritik, beim Pizzateig (oder ausbacken) noch ein bisschen mehr rauszuholen.

They never miss. The menu is great and they deliver what they promise. The dough is also some of the best I have ever tried. Last time they forgot our order (twice :)) but they were really kind about it, and offered us an appetizer and dessert for free.
