Wir waren zum Frühstück im Schwung und Schwebe. Das Ambiente ist modern aber nicht kühl und daher sehr einladend. Im Raum selbst kann man die Rösttrommel sehen und aufgrund der gestapelten Kaffesäcke in den Fluren, duftet es herrlich nach frischen Kaffeebohnen. Der Service war freundlich und das Essen war super. Allen voran der Kaffee war wirklich gut. Auch die Preise für den außer Haus Verkauf der hauseigenen Kaffeeröstungen sind sehr fair kalkuliert. Die Qualität stimmt also auf ganzer Länge.
