Spontan hingefahren, einfach essen gehen. Wir waren sehr begeistert, sehr lecker. Tolles Angebot und der Service top. Das nächste Mal gibt es Peking Ente, muss man aber einpaar Tage vorbestellen. Kostet 55€ aber es lohnt sich.

Siamo almeno 4 anni che veniamo a cena qui da Gynseng e devo dire che la qualità del cibo e del ristorante stesso è molto migliorata! Oggi abbiamo preso l'involtino (gigante) primavera, era buonissimo! Si vede che era fatto fresco, gli ingredienti all'interno erano molto saporiti e anche freschi (non quella specie di purea che si trova all'interno degli involtini congelati). Abbiamo preso un Luc Lac (con carne di manzo) che non era per niente male, porzione molto abbondante. Poi abbiamo preso un Hähnchen Gong-Po, un po' piccante ma il pollo era tenerissimo e cotto alla perfezione. Il mio nuovo piatto preferito da oggi è sicuramente l'Ente Saté, la carne era tenerissima e saporitissima, l'accompagnamento con i Glasnudeln era ottimale. Raccomandato caldamente! Il personale è gentile, competente ed efficiente. I bagni sono molto puliti. Questo è il ristorante adatto per una bella cena in famiglia o con amici.
