Jedzenie top, klimat świetny. Byłem kilkadziesiąt razy i będę pewnie jeszcze więcej. Niemniej warto zwrócić uwagę na przemianę pokoleniowa obsługi. Dawna obsługa top. Aktualnie - młody chłopak po podaniu kosmicznie ostrej papryki i lekceważącej obsłudze - mówi do klienta „no spoko”. Po zwróceniu uwagi. Przykre. Mimo wszystko 5/5 za całokształt ☺️

God, wat was dit eten ongelooflijk goed. Niet voor niets dat dit restaurant een Michelinster heeft. De kwaliteit van de producten en de verfijning van de bereiding zijn werkelijk ongeëvenaard. Wat mij betreft is dit een van de absolute toprestaurants in Krakau. Maar dan de bediening. Die staat in schril contrast tot wat er uit de keuken komt. De mensen zijn op zich vriendelijk, maar onhandig en weinig attent. Ik zat in een vrijwel leeg restaurant en tijdens een uitgebreide maaltijd van vijf à zes gangen is er niemand geweest die kwam informeren of alles naar wens was. Dat verwacht ik niet per se overal, maar hier met dit niveau mag je dat toch op z’n minst verwachten. En als je dan een glas wijn van 30 euro krijgt dat op knullige wijze wordt ingeschonken, dan wringt dat. Ik ben echt niet van het formele gedoe, maar de service zou hier echt een tandje hoger mogen. Desondanks zou ik hier morgen zó weer gaan eten. Zó goed is het eten. Maar de bediening is het enige dat deze ervaring niet volledig af maakt.
