Restaurant BEEF was opened in 2010 and has thrice won the award for "Best Meat Restaurant in Ukraine" (National Restaurant Award SALT 2013, 2016, 2019). The restaurant's wine list has been honored four times with the Wine Spectator award. According to the World Best Steak Restaurants ranking, BEEF placed 68th in 2024, 86th in 2023, and 76th in the world in 2022.

The main product of the restaurant is meat. Marble steaks are supplied by the most renowned producer in the USA – Creekstone Farms. Additionally, the meats come from Spain, Australia, Argentina, and Japan.

In 2023, the restaurant introduced its own product, Ukrainian BEEF Selection. This is Ukrainian meat on the restaurant’s menu, curated by the in-house team. Each head is personally selected by a specialist who monitors its age, weight, and condition.

Spacious, minimalist, honest – these are the words guests use to describe the design of the two-story restaurant. The design of BEEF was created by architect Alberto Foyo, a professor of architecture at Columbia University (New York), who can be seen at prominent events at BEEF every year.

On the second floor, there is an open kitchen where each guest can watch the process of preparing dishes and steaks on an open grill.

The Chef’s Table is a global tradition where a special dinner is personally prepared for you by the restaurant's chef. The table is located in the kitchen, allowing you to observe the entire process from beginning to end.

The restaurant also has separate rooms for small and large groups.

Вперше із чоловіком були у даному закладі і отримали справжню насолоду від сервісу, атмосфери та смаку їжі. Із першого кроку відчувається, що у даному закладі на вас і справді чекають🥹Окрема подяка офіціантам Сергію та Богдану, які на протязі всього вечора були ввічливими та дуже уважними до наших побажань. Цей ресторан - місце у яке хочеться повертатися знову і знову! І я впевнена що ми навідаємося до вас ще не один раз. Тому рекомендую цей заклад від усього серця ♥️

Завжди прекрасне обслуговування. Чудова кухня. Мʼясо завжди свіже. Якщо стейкхаус - то тількі цей. Дякую

Отже це були мої перші стейки в закладі. Обслуговував дуже класний офіціант, дав дільні поради. Ми взяли для порівняння 3 стейка - Європа міньйон, та два види японського вагю. Вагю найдорожчий але вихід можливий від 100 грам. Це було дуже смачно, мій фаворит - тендерлойн, дуже ніжно і соковито, хоча і жирно. Стріплойн ще жирніший тому менше сподобався. І на третьому місці європейський міньйон, як на мене нічого особливого просто посмажене на пательні мʼясо, в мене таке вдома через день. А от вагю тепер розумію чому так дорого. До стейків подають варений прісний рис з яйцем - це гарно доповнює стейки щоб заїсти жирне, а також биті огірки солоно-гості. Замовленого на фото було предостатньо на двох людей. Окрема подяка офіціанту, він був майстер своєї справи. Браво! Повернусь за бургером ще однозначно)))
